Review and consider Eastern Municipal Water District’s five approved Initial Studies/Mitigated Negative Declarations and two Addenda, and take related CEQA actions; authorize the General Manager to enter into a Local Resources Program Agreement with Eastern Municipal Water District for the Perris North Basin Groundwater Contamination Prevention and Remediation Program for up to 3,466 acre-feet per year of treated groundwater for potable purposes in the Eastern Municipal Water District service area.
